Basa uses a combination of traditional musical instruments and digital music instruments. Basa itself means language, and here are shown three ways of speaking: spoken, body gestures and writing.
Speaking is not necessarily verbal, it can be in the form of an abstract voice — a warning alarm, for example, is a way of speaking that there is danger without using a word — then here the musician is speaking.
Body movements are not necessarily nonverbal, what if the movement can interpret a specific notation — a number or letters — then here the dancer is talking too.
Writing, it can also be a symbol and an image. Hieroglyphs in a code written by a coder talking through their visual representation.
All speak but only one who does not speak but disturbs the relationship of the three, is the audience who changes the sound of the voice.
