Micha Elias Pichlkastner is an Art Director, Editor, Motion Designer, and award-winning media artist, currently based between Vienna, Austria, and Toronto, Canada.

His artistic practice explores the impact of machines and virtual spaces on human behavior, with a particular focus on the role of the human body in an increasingly digital and virtual world.

Driven by an obsession with immersive and technoid aesthetics—especially through audiovisual symbiosis—he creates installations, performances, and short films. Alongside his personal projects, he also contributes to feature films, music videos, commercials, and diverse animation works for a wide range of clients across North America and Europe.
