[A szöveg csak angol nyelven érhető el] Lili Mamath was born from a Vietnamese father with Chinese origins and from a French mother, hence she likes fluttering from culture to culture (China, Japan, Vietnam, India among others), tasting them, studying them through language, singing, dance, literature, etc. She draws her inspiration from these diverse cultures for her various artistic practices. Indeed, she mixes many processes of creation : painting, drawing, sculpture, calligraphy, plastic practices of various types.

Lili has been dancing since she was a child (from classical to contemporary dance). She practices butoh dance with Atsushi Takenouchi and with Yumiko Yoshioka.

She makes her knowledge of diverse cultures and her artistic practices converging on theatre, in which she works as an actress mainly in the troup of Ophelia Teillaud and Marc Zammit, and as a stage director, a decor designer, an accessories and costumes designer and maker in some workshops she leads within highschools.

Besides, Lili sings in a band of swing, reggae and blues music (mainly covers), where she improvizes second vocal parts.

She co-founds Fossile collective in 2006 together with Samuel Racine, in which she since then participates to the creation of interactive installation and performances.
